Windows 10: pc going to black screen

so 2 days ago i installed a geforce gtx 1650 low profile in my dell optiplex 7010 DT and everything was going fine but then after the first day my pc started to go to black screen and stays but now when i boost it works for like a minute then goes black screen

could it be psu because mine is 240 watt im am getting a 300 watt is that a good idea

Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
