    Hi.

    I am not able to set choose default apps by file type fot .txt there they show wordpad by default. i want to set word to open .txt fype but not able to change & i also have one error show when i open word file and that error is "Microsoft Word 16.0: We're sorry but this feature appears to be broken and needs to be repaired. Use the Programs and Features option in the Windows Control Panel to repair Microsoft Office."

    Please help me to solve this 2 problem

    Find a word in a lot txt files

    Hi guys!
    Is there a way to find a specific word in a lot of txt files?
    I have like 200 files and it takes me a lot of time to find the word in the files
    I need to find a command inside the txt files as quickly as possible
    Is there a program to find the word inside all of the 200 txt files? *Wtf :wtf:

    Find a word in a lot txt files

    Or you can just use the Windows search function. Look under indexing options > advanced > file types > and have windows index file contents for txt files.

    Globally setting default file type associations

    Hi Guys,

    So got a bunch of domain machines.I want to globally set the file extension .txt to open with notepad instead of VB =P is there a reg key I can use...?
    Really dont want to have to reset the default user profile on all those machines.. =P
