Windows 10: How to fix the Unable to connect to world on Android Mobile?

Hello Microsoft.


Today I wanna ask a question about the message that's called "Unable to connect to world. It all started around March and I play Minecraft on a android device and my friend plays on a PS4. But, I couldn't join him because it says unable to connect to world. And it also said it to him as well. I don't understand if it's a bug or not... But please explain some ways to fix this and a couple examples?... Please and thank you Microsoft.

hi today i buyed the game and im trying to play with my friend on xbox one but if i try to join his world the game shows "unable to connect to the world and the same happens if he tries to join me how can i fix it
