Windows 10: Laptop no longer turning on, customer support unhelpful

I purchased an ASUS laptop for my son on November 8th, 2018. It is still under warranty. It had turned off on its own since a few days ago and will no longer turn on. There were no signs of something not working before then. I can not go to the store where I purchased it from due to it being closed because of Covid-19. When contacting support through the phone, they were not helpful and kept redirecting me to different numbers. When attempting to turn it on, no lights turn on and no sounds are made. When plugged in to a charger, the light that signifies that its charging also does not turn on. What can I do?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
