Windows 10: Ctfmon.exe e InputLocaleManager.dll falhando

Não consigo digitar em app do windows ne na barra de pesquisa, tentei diversas soluções mas não consegui resolver. Procurando mais a fundo descobri que a falha está no InputLocaleManager.dll, mas não sei como resolver.

Hi everyone,

After running a couple of recent Windows 10 updates, suddenly I can't type in the start menu, search fields, Edge or other Windows text fields. They are simply non responsive to keyboard input. Non Windows apps work fine though.

I have also notice that the language bar is gone, and that everything seems to run a bit slow.

After running the Event Viewer I am pretty sure I have found the error:
Ctfmon.exe and inputLocaleManager.dll faults. This error happens every third second. I read that these files have to do with the installed language and keyboard packs, so I have uninstalled my local language, so now I only have the standard US English
language and keyboard settings in Windows. But it didn't help. I have also run sfc /scannow which came up fine.

I don't know where to go from here. The Event Viewer error reports look like this:

Hello Guys,

I just wanna ask questions about ctfmon.exe, my problem is I can't type anything in the search box. I searched everything about how to fix it. I also followed the guidelines or steps. The tutorials says that we can find the ctfmon
in a system 32 and yes I can find it but not the exact ctfmon.exe. when I open it there are two ctfmon.exe.mui which has an SA and US ending on it. I searched the exact ctfmon.exe but there is no result of files existed. what can I do or what should I do to
fix it?
