Windows 10: Dead On Start Up

I restarted my pc and now after I sign in I have about five seconds where it works, afterwards I can no longer do anything. My mouse works but I can’t click anything. My keyboard still works and I managed to open up startup programs and disable everything with my keyboard. It didn’t help. I have no new programs installed. So five seconds if that and then the problem hits. Anyway for me to fix this? Not sure how to describe it better and searching for a solution has been difficult as it isn’t an issue with my mouse.

Thanks for this suggestion AndreTen. It's a partial Bingo. I removed all start-up programs and did a series of restarts, adding each in turn one by one. Only one of them was causing the dead-key problem.That's the good news. The bad news is the culprit. It is a very useful utility for me. I'll contact its creator. Maybe the fix is simple.So, a big thank you.
