Windows 10: appxframeworkregcleaner for win10 blk scrn fix - how to run

I have downloaded "appxframeworkregcleaner_xxxxxx..." update for Windows 10 . It is supposed to fix black screen which follows "preparing windows" loop.


Black screen Problem is on Thinkpad.


So I downloaded 2 versions of the file

1. exe

2 msu


First question is which one to run from thumb drive.


Second question - When to execute it.

And which one is best extension to use.


Is the exe an expandable file or will it fix registry even if windows is not running?

2310 'Add to scrn. list'

Hello,

Phone: Nokia 2310.

I selected a contact in my contacts list and then did: 'options' -> 'add to scrn. list'.

Now if I receive an incoming call from this user, no ring-tone is played, no vibration is produced. I only get their name appearing with a red cross next to it. I can still answer their call if I happen to look at my phone when they call.

I have Googled this, but can find no explanation of what 'add to scrn. list' actually does, what it's used for, and most important, how to undo it.

Can anyone help?

Step 1: Perform SFC scan and DISM to fix the issue with corrupted or missing files.

Steps:

• Press ‘Windows + X’ Keys on the keyboard.

Step 2: I suggest you to run the
Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter,
troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

Follow the below steps:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar on the Taskbar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Windows Store Apps.
• Select “Advance” and click on “Run as Administrator”.
• Click “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
