Windows 10: Legal action on Xbox Microsoft

So recently I gotten a suspension on my account for trying to host a tournament with the winner getting a $50 xbox gift card, I was not charging anything to join the event, how ever xbox enforcement decides to take action after my 3re post on the LFG, stating I broke the use of the LFG and agreements of the code of conduct. Now I have gone over the terms and conditions and I did not try to sell or buy in game content, personal information or resell the prize and said so in my statement reply, but they seemed to think otherwise so I have taken the evidence i have from the code of conduct and enforcement page they gave me and have proof that I never broke my agreement.... to get a punishment as such for giving a chance to win a prize has very much upset me, during my suspension I am missing out on events and other in game content along with memberships and rewards... I have talk to a lawyer along with a streamer that told me this is harassment to the consumer and customers for wrongful punishment.... I have tried to get my suspension lifted but am told many times it is out of their hands, so I printed off their codes of conduct and any other terms and agreements and am taking the time that so many others may have or not done and am taking legal action on the company for wrongful punishment on a paying customer... I have screen shots dated with everything I need and my lawyer has deemed this a winning case for me with the amount of evidence i have stating i was never in the wrong and the 10+membership that has never been reported or suspended ever till recently.... I leave this discussion open to the public so they can read and go over the terms and conditions as well as reaching out to others who have been effected by xbox enforcement for a wrongful punishment.... if any xbox enforcers happen to see this then know that you shot the company in the foot with the upholding decision you made that could have been resolved if you clearly read what I wrote back because the LFG can be used to find players that are like minded, I just wanted to host a live stream on twitch with a $50 xbox gift card give away as a prize to the winner, wasnt buying or selling anything when you are gifting something... you know how to contact me. -Sando

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

 

Xbox Insider Hub does not appear in the Microsoft Store

Hi,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
   
3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?
   

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.

Step 2: You can also try to manually
download the Xbox Insider Hub from the link.
