Windows 10: what to do if your trying to reset a app by going to advanced options but when you go to...

I'm trying to clear a game's data by going to advanced options on the app then press clear data but when I go to the app the data still doesn't go so pls help and pls don't tell me to contact the game service bc I did that last time and when I post it says your help will not be responded.

Thanks for your reply Meredith! I'd suggest you try resetting the app. Here are the steps:

- Click Start and type "apps & features".

- Select Apps & Features.

- Find the Movies & TV app in the list and select it.

- Click Advanced Options

- Click Reset.

What does "Go back to the previous version" refer to in Blue Screen Advanced Options?

Dave: We can access all those options now. Do you mean that if we do it from the Recovery Environment, we might get different results? If so, will give those a try. Thanks.

Please try these steps:

1. Open Settings app, go to System > Apps & features.

2. In corresponding right pane, click on Store app. Then click on Advanced options link.

3. On the next page, click on Reset button.

4. Again click on Reset button in the warning/confirmation fly-out. This will reset the app.

If that do, try creating new user account and check if Store works on that.
