  1. Bluetooth seems completely disabled

Hi, my bluetooth isn't working. In the notification center, the bluetooth options gone missing, and in device manager, the bluetooth section was missing, but I pressed Show Hidden Devices, and then it turned up in device manager again, but bluetooth still wasn't working. I ran the troubleshooter, and it said my device isn't capable of bluetooth, but I know that it is, because it worked yesterday.

Bluetooth seems completely disabled 1599a639-6a56-4271-a0e0-a7f5feb417b6?upload=true.jpg On a website, it said to run services.msc and go to Bluetooth Support Service and restart it. I did that, it loaded for a long time, then it had an error that it couldn't stop, and now, it still says "stopping", even though I've restarted my PC since I told it to stop. The startup setting was on Manual, but I changed it to automatic and I've restarted since then. I'm in the latest version of Windows 10, and all of my drivers are up to date.

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond Bluetooth seems completely disabled :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.

    No bluetooth after system restore

    Thank you for your reply.

I mean I have used a Windows system restore point. I tried restoring bluetooth with commands in CMD (sfc/scannow; DISM /Online.....) and by updating and uninstalling devices in the device manager. Update did not work. Uninstalling bluetooth devices made Bluetooth disappear out of the hidden devices list.
All my steps I took worked but did not change anything in my bluetooth device list.

I am using the bluetooth of my mainboard. MSI Z370M Gaming Pro AC
My guess would be, that disabling the bluetooth network adapter before using a system restore point, disabled Bluetooth after using the system restore point.

In the device manager I get this message in the USB Device list for a unknown USB Device:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
