Does Time Limit Clock Stop After User Signs Out?

I have set a Time Limit of 2 hours for my child's Windows 10 device but it appears that even if my child signs out of Windows the Time Limit clock still continues to run. For example: if my child signs into Windows at 8:00am, signs out at 9:00am and then tries to sign in again at 10:00am Windows displays a prompt that more time is needed. Is there a way to get the Time Limit clock to stop when my child signs out and continue when they sign back in?

    :)

Windows 10 Clock Does Not Use The Specified TIme Zone

Thanks for your help, Eeshwar. The Windows Time service was Stopped. It was listed as Manual (Trigger Start). I started it and changed it to Automatic (Trigger Start), then went into the Date and Time Control Panel, then under Internet Time, clicked Update
Now to re-synchronize the time clock. So far, it's showing the correct time. I'll report back if the time gets out of sync again.
