    Sorry to reopen this old topic again, but no-one seems to have found an answer.

    Whenever I do a system image backup, all goes well to 97% then the back-up stops and I get these messages:

    Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\defaultuser0\Contacts. ErrorFix System Restore error 0x80070002, STATUS_WAIT_2 on Windows 10 :(STATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

    Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\defaultuser0\Searches. ErrorFix System Restore error 0x80070002, STATUS_WAIT_2 on Windows 10 :(STATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

    I can't find these folders on my system. Guess I downloaded the music to another system ages ago. I'm not bothered about not finding them, but if I ever needed to do a system back-up from my external drive without these folders would it work? Could I
    restart the system without them, please?

    Does anyone know what this means? It occurred after backing up system and files to an external hard disk.

    My platform is Windows 10 Pro version 1799, OS build 16299.309

    The complete message reads as follows:

    Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\OneDrive. ErrorFix System Restore error 0x80070002, STATUS_WAIT_2 on Windows 10 :(STATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))
