  1. How do I change the host process for windows services?

Everytime I do stuff with official Microsoft apps such as the store, my pc asks if I'd like to allow host process for windows services to make changes to my computer. My PC is a month old and this has only started appearing recently and it bugs me how Windows can't trust its own services lol.

What can I do to make this not appear everytime I install a new app/ game?

    Thanks in Advance!

Windows update and Service host process

    Hi.

    Can anyone tell me:

    • Why is the process 'Service host: Network Service, Delivery Optimization' running constantly 24/7, hogging 30% of processing power and how do I stop it?

    And

    • Is this somehow linked to the fact that neither windows 10 update or its trouble shooter appear to be working? windows 10 appears to be permanently checking for updates.

I'm Running a brand new HP laptop, i5 processor and 8Gb Ram with windows 10 64bit (1903). This has only started happening in the last week or so

    Thanks

    What host do you use?

Just curious *Smile How do I change the host process for windows services? :) I'd say the TPU regulars are quite techy... let's see how that correlates to hosting choices. I made a random list of hosting providers I could think off the top of my head, so I probably forgot a bunch.
