Windows 10: OEM Windows and Office

I have the personal computer that do not have a valid windows and office. I want to install the original products but I cannot afford to pay big money. What about OEM versions, are they legal to be used on the computer? I can buy the key from the local sellers and download the softwares from Microsoft website. If some authenticated answer from Microsoft.

Windows 10 64 bit OEM, with no Office?

Technically Office is not part of Windows, but many OEM systems with Windows come with Office preinstalled, they generally need to be activated.
If you buy Windows separately, then you have to also buy Office if you want it.

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

 

Windows 10 64 bit OEM, with no Office?

Hello All!
Long sotry short, I got a OEM windows 10 64bit. But I do not see microsoft office anywhere, does windows need to update after legalizing it?
Or does it not come with 10 OEM, please delete this if I in anyway am asking something I shouldn't!! I need to use the apply but simply can't find it or its not there?
