Windows 10: autorun runs nothing on dvd game

in settings autoplay is on for all devices


autoplay defaults removable drive is set to

open folder view files file explorer


when left click on icon get photo paint and I am trying to load the witcher 3 pc game

How do you turn on Autorun in Windows 10? When I insert a CD or DVD in its drive, nothing happens. Shouldn't I get some kind of Autorun screen? Thanks.

 

DVD Drive issues.

The games used to run, now apparently the disks don't even read.

Go to Device Manager and remove the DVD
Scan for hardware changes and update driver as OS suggests

Still not working?

1) Clean the heads.
2) Run a diagnostic program on the drive.

Nothing else has changed about your system aside from the OS?

Revert to XP Home, assuming you don't find the source of the problem in steps above.
