Windows 10: Synology Drive won't work properly on surface 2

I have Synology drive installed on my laptop with virtual files.

When I look at the popup it is saying `Sync planned` in Dutch.

On my android phone is it is working as well as my other Windows 10 laptop.



The weird part is that when my computers boots up and I login into Windows. It synces for 1 a 2 minutes and I have the same problem again.

I had the same problem with owncloud

Synology sign in

I have a new windows 10 HP laptop v1903. Clicking on this PC shows connected devices. My problem is that clicking on DS.213j opens the Synology hard drive without a password being needed. I usually open the Synology in my main PC by searching under
"Internet" where it can be opened but requires a password. On my laptop the Synology is not listed under "Internet" only HP Laptop is listed.

Thank you for the reply.

I suggest you follow the steps below to fix issues with audio and check if that helps

1. Right click on the
   speaker icon which is on the bottom right corner.
   
2. Select Sound option
   from the list.
   
3. Under Playback tab, Right click on
   speakers\headphones.
   
4. Select Advance option.
   
5. Under Advance tab, click on
   Restore Defaults.

Boot Surface Laptop to USB - no Volume button

This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

*Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.
