  1. Can I delete the "log.txt" file which is under Notifier folder in roaming folder?

Day by day my laptop disk is decreasing and when I scanned the whole C: drive, the file called "log.txt" file only contains 90%322.77Gb of 475Gb of my disk space. This log.txt file is situated under AppData -> Roaming -> Notifier. So, actually what this log.txt file contains and can I delete it?

    :)

Can I delete the "log.txt" file which is under Notifier folder in roaming folder?

    Can't delete folder!

If you ever get more 'malicious' files that dont let you delete them

Use a program called "Gypo Moveonboot"
It stops the files from executing on bootup, which allows you to delete them without any "illegal error" messages. But its only for files, i dont think it does folders...
