  1. How does one fresh install 1909 (Using a Flash Drive)?

Basically, I have a machine that I fresh installed 2004 (idiotically unaware of the consequences) and now my Bluetooth and ipv4 continuously stop working in an unstable manner, rather than trying to troubleshoot any longer, I was curious if there was a way to install 1909 today. I've tried using the 1909 Media Creation Tool, but it tells me that there is a newer version available (for 2004). Ironically, if I use the 2004 Tool, it tells me that this update isn't ready for my computer yet. Any ideas on how to downgrade from a clean install of 2004?

Hell, i'd be okay with 1903 or 1809 aswell, just anything other than 2004.

  2. Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

    Steps to confirm issue:

    • Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
    • Secondary drive not visible in device manager
    • Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

    Steps to replicate issue:

    • Installing 1909 update

    Steps to resolve issue:

    • Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

How does one fresh install 1909 (Using a Flash Drive)?

Installing Win 10 x64 using a flash memory

As long as the flash drive is MBR, with a FAT32 partition marked as active. Then you can copy and paste all the files and folders from a mounted Windows 10 installation ISO file to it and it will be universally bootable.
