Windows 10: Windows update KB4557957 2004 x64 based system 2020-06

Discus and support Windows update KB4557957 2004 x64 based system 2020-06 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Laptop Surface Book I7.     Windows update KB4557957 2004 x64 based system 2020-06


    Laptop Surface Book I7.

    I have tried to download the 2004 update without any success.

    I get the error code 0x8007000d

    I can download, but installing is where it fails.

    Installs to 20% then jumps to 75%, on reaching 100% it says it fails with files missing

    I have run the update troubleshooter, however it says there is nothing to fix.


    To note - I haven't had any problems with this download on other computers.


    I have googled and it seems there is a problem with this update? Do I need to wait for MS to put through a fix to sort this out, or is there something I can do.

    I'm getting this error for the update. I've tried a few suggested solutions, wiped and started windows again... nothing works. Any ideas?
