Windows 10: My pc keeps freezing and it is starting to get concerning

Problem

I've recently just got a new windows 10 gaming PC and it works fine most of the time but ever since the week after I got it, it keeps freezing and the sound goes very laggy and my PC makes a very strange sound, it appears to do the same sound every single time it does this, when it does this I also get a notification saying ”Which speaker did you plug in?” and my sound won't continue until I answer with the option ”front speaker out”.

Getting worse

I have been getting these freezes a lot more frequently recently and normally I just do the same thing, however, these freezes are getting concerning, they appear to be doing more than freezing and lagging for 1 second, now what has happened a few times is, it does this noise and it freezes but then my monitors just stop and say there is no signal, even though my PC appears to still be on, I've tried many things to try fix this but the only one that works is to press the restart button on the PC, this can be very frustrating at times

Blue screen error

one time it had one of these freezes and I got a blue error screen saying I need to restart my PC, it had a progress bar telling me it was gathering info and it said when it was done it would restart, it was finished and it didn't restart, so I had to do this manually

Conclusion

I would normally never post in places like these but these freezes are getting very concerning and wasting my time, I would love to know what I could do to fix it, I don't think it is a virus because I have an anti virus telling me everything is good, it appears to be either windows or the PC,

I would very much appreciate some help on this

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.
