    Being Locked Out of Computer By Little Sister


    Hello!

    After wiping my computer to start fresh and reorganize, my little sister got onto it and made herself an account. After using her actual birthdate, micrsoft obviously locked the account. Now, when you try to log in, it’s on a “Update your date of birth” page and when you “sign to confirm you’re an adult,” it says “Something went wrong— try again in a little while.” Essentially, I cannot use this computer because I can’t even get into settings like this. Someone please help, thank you!

    My little sister made an account on my laptop. She used a random email address to do it and I can't access the email address. That account has taken over the default local account and now I'm locked out. Please help.

    him your computer locks up.... check what your running and see if it affects it cause this shouldn't happen it could be your ram or your mouse but i'm just giving a suggestion
