Windows 10: Need Help Adding my PC Device So I Can Install Forza Horizon 4

I have a PC that isn't registered so I follow instructions shown below to click on Microsoft Account, then "Don't See Your Device?". I type in my serial number HQY1613 bought Dell PowerEdge T40 through a 3rd party on Amazon and I get an error from Microsoft that says "We didn't recognize this serial number". It is a loop with no resolution. Any change Microsoft customer service can add my device manually?

Forza Horizon 4 will not unistall

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.

Let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's fixed.

forza horizon 4

so I bought forza horizons 4 on the pc section and just finished install but when I start it all it shows is a blank screen then crashes with no crash report
