  1. Device not migrated error for Galaxy Buds Plus

    Hello,

I am having trouble using the Galaxy Buds Plus on Windows 10. They used to work fine a month ago.

I updated Windows to 2004 version and then I was able to pair the buds, but the Samsung app still cannot connect to them and they are not usable as audio device:

  2. Windows 10 can't control volume with Galaxy Buds connected

Hi! I'm so glad that worked for you. Unfortunately, I've tried that, and I regularly update and restart my laptop. I've more recently contacted samsung again and was told to "just enjoy the best of the buds on your mobile samsung device, as we cannot guarantee
that the product works with windows". To which I responded asking if the only thing I can do is wait for an update, and the agent replied confirming that.

I also checked all drivers and made sure they were updated and they are. The only type of error that I found is when I go into the device manager and look at the properties, both listed devices for the buds have an error that says "device not migrated" after
it sets up and connects. Idk if that helps with this at all, but yeah, that's what I have. If samsung or microsoft does not com up with an update to fix the issue, I will be returning them.

  3. Windows 10 can't control volume with Galaxy Buds connected

I was having the same problem with my HP Pavilion so I tried all the same steps as you, but had no luck and
I found that volume control was stuck on 20 for some reason. I tried resetting my Galaxy Buds from my phone and that worked temporarily then stopped.

I then restarted my laptop as I never really turn it off - and that worked instantly, I can now turn up and down the volume for my Galaxy buds using the volume keys on my keyboard. Try turning your laptop on, then restart it and check if the volume keys
are working. It would also be a good idea to restart your laptop every once in a while to prevent bugs like this in future.

Samsung Galaxy Buds crash the Windows Audio Service

    Hi Mike,

You may want to try these steps:

    Bluetooth audio

If Bluetooth is turned on and the driver is up to date but your device still doesn't work, try removing the device and re-pairing it.

Here's how: Go to Start , enter Devices, select Bluetooth and other devices settings > select the device > Remove device > Yes and then try pairing again.

Make sure that the Bluetooth-enabled audio device is on and discoverable.

How you do this varies with devices, so check the info that came with your device or go to the manufacturers website.

If these won't work, try to uninstall the driver and reboot your system.

Then install again the driver for your Galaxy Buds.

Please let me know what will happen.

    Thanks and regards,
