Crash - Boot - No SSD

Last month my PC was showing 'There was some problem restarting your PC' message and was auto restarting while. I searched some similar problems and their solutions. Tried some steps it didn't worked so I moved to Ubuntu due to mywindows crash , but I came back because a software was not available for Linux operating system[NB - when I was using UBUNTU there was no problem]. But while booting there was no SSD partition so I selected HDD as boot disk. So obviously my PC started running slow. And It showed a error message again which was as far i recall 'Sysprep error'.

I searched for SSD it was in the System Infromation. I then changed some settings in Disk Management and declaredSSD as primary and it was then visible. But after two days it disappeared again and now again visible. I want to boot now for the last time and this time I don't want to make any mistake and can someone tell me what was wrong ? Why I faced this ? And Did anyone faced similar problem ?

    :)

    all games crash!

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

  3. Unable to boot Windows after cloning it to SSD

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are facing issues while booting the PC after cloning Windows to new SSD. I would like to know what happens when you try to boot the PC to desktop using SSD?

The reason you are not able to boot the PC is that the files required to boot Windows are still recognizing the HDD as the main drive. I would suggest you to try rebuilding the BCD files and see if you are able to boot the PC using
    SSD.

Kindly follow the steps below to rebuild the BCD.

    1. Create a bootable media and boot the PC using the media.
    2. On the Install Windows screen, select Next >
      Repair your computer.
    3. On the System Recovery Options screen, select
      Troubleshoot
      > Advanced options > Command Prompt.
    4. Now type in the commands and hit enter: BOOTREC /FIXMBR

      BOOTREC /FIXBOOT

      BOOTREC /scanos

      BOOTREC /rebuildbcd
    5. Restart the PC.

If the issue persists, please get back to us with the results of the troubleshooting steps to assist you further.
