Import procedure from my Android phone to my laptop does not complete.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Android phone. In June I was able to import everything from it to my Windows 10 laptop. Now there is no option to import when I right click on my phone's icon in Devices and Printers, - and when instead I go to Photos and click on Import it eventually tells me I have 1046 new photos and videos, but then stops - leaving me with only a Cancel button - i.e. nothing to click on to activate the import. What can I do ?

    :)

My Laptop Does Not Detect My Android Phone Hotspot

    Hi,

I just bought a new Android phone and tried to connect my laptop to the internet through my phone's hotspot, but discovered that my laptop does not see/detect the hotspot although it is on. Oddly, it detects the hotspot of other phones nearby. Could this
problem be with my system or with my phone? Any idea on how to get this resolved?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Importing Pictures from Phone to Laptop

Hello, I am trying to move my pictures from the phone to my laptop. I managed to import the pictures from the "camera" album, no problem, but I still have several albums of pictures I wish to import as well. The computer isn't showing that those pictures
and videos exist, but they are still on my phone. I'm not sure if I've missed a step or if it's not possible.

My cellphone is an Android LG XCharge, it is fully updated to the most recent update this last month. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 5559, updated to Windows 10.
