I am considering to set up my PC anew?

Hello, as I said above, I want to reset my PC, but not normally because it hangs when I log in since there was a power outage. So I hold the start button down so it goes off and start it up and then I get the message Windows could not load properly as desired so I want to reset it so I'm going to reset to what I haven't done yet so I want to ask a few questions here. 1. do I have to install Windows 10 pro on it ? and 2. do I have to specify the key again ?

    :)

  2. PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??

Best way to set up a new PC to match existing old PC - possible?

My current PC (Win 10) has 4G RAM and is +10 yrs old. According to Google the RAM is not upgradeable. I am considering upgrading to a new PC.

All my music/photos/documents are backed up via MR to external HDD.

    I am dreading setting up a new PC. There is so much stuff to download & then setup;

    • All my apps and their settings
    • Chrome Brower and extensions
    • Windows settings (Themes, Network, etc)
    • File history settings
    • Controlled folder settings
    • Microsoft Office 2016
    • etc

Is there an easy way? Guess I can’t use my system image from old PC and use it on new PC?
Or do I just have to start from scratch on the new PC?

How do you guys do this?

I am considering to set up my PC anew?

Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.
