Windows 10: Desktop pc Windows 10 Pro using wired connection to router cannot see laptop Windows 10...

My desktop pc Windows 10 Pro uses wired connection to my router. My laptop Windows 10 Home uses wireless connection. My laptop can see my desktop but my desktop cannot see my laptop. What do I need to change so my desktop can also see my laptop? I tried temporarily turning off McAfee firewall and I tried changing the Function Discovery Resouce Pub Service to automatic.

Click to expand... not working tried, it's like Windows can't see the boot partition it's a Windows 7 Pro someone tried to upgrade to Windows 10 that didn't end well and not I can't go back to Windows 7 because I cannot boot into Windows to get a desktop.
