Windows 10: Can't move mouse between multi-monitor setup

I have a multi-monitor setup like this:

Everything works well, except to reach monitor 4, I can only move my mouse from monitor 3->5->2->4, but I can't go directly from monitor 3->4. Any ideas?

Scroll mouse up and down on stacked monitor setup

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



I understand that you want to move the mouse up and down between a stacked dual monitor setup, you can follow the steps mentioned below and change the mouse scrolling settings.

1. Go to Settings > System >
   Display.
   
2. Now under Select and rearrange displays click and hold the
   monitor 1.
   
3. Now move it above the monitor 2 and adjust accordingly.
   
4. Click on Apply and close settings.
   

After changing the settings you will be able to scroll up and down on the stacked monitor setup.

Multi-monitor mouse corner boundary

On a multi-monitor setup, there is a small area in the corners that the mouse is not allowed to move past. The below figure shows the areas for a two monitor setup where the mouse is not allowed to pass.





This feature makes you 'lose track' of where your mouse is when moving between monitors: as for your feeling it should be on a target monitor while it remains stuck on the origin monitor. This is a nuisance for many users, evidenced by the large number of
topics/posts on various websites (1,

2,
3,
etc).

Is there a way to disable this feature and/or a work-around?

 

Can't Move Mouse Vertically Between Two Side Monitors

Hi,

I have three monitors that are arranged the same way as in the picture. I want to be able to move my mouse vertically between monitors 2 and 3, but I cannot for some reason. I can only move it horizontally between monitor 1 and the other two. If I want to
move my mouse from monitor 2 to 3, I have to go through monitor 1 first.

Any help is appreciated!
