Windows 10: Reinstall Windows whitout losing all personal files?

Hi, I recently had some system files that were damaged and did not get fixed with a system reboot.

My hard drive is partitioned in 3, the C which contains Windows and the other two for personal files and I would like to know if it is possible to reinstall Windows on the C without losing its data on the other disks.

The faulty system is a Windows 10 ( Version 1809) and I have a booted USB which contains the new program to install.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Reinstalling Windows 10 to sell a PC - is the 'Remove everything' option enough?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true
