Windows 10: Fils miaaing

Having problems with getting "memory can't be written" messages. Come in batch of 3's. I can run programs on desktop but I cannot download, open settings, use "start" button, run task manager, etc. I think problem started with latest update. Thought I might try it again to see if it would fix itself, but I cannot redo the update? Any fixes? Will next update fix it? I did notice some files were missing when I cpmpared file explorer to working computer. Most noticeable was the Firmware file.

Any help appreciated. I can use the computer in a limited manner but .....

• destination
• internet
• options
• nouveau point d'accès
• vérifier automatiquement=>oui
• Lan sans fil
• sélectionnez votre point d'accès wifi
• entrée clé pré-partagée
• ok

Essayez nouveau de vous connecter.
