Windows 10: Is It Possible to Enlarge the Arrows in toolbar on Windows Explorer

Hi Everyone.
I have a question about toolbar in Windows Explorer.
There are three arrows in the toolbar blow the Ribbon:
one arrow to go left, one arrow to go right and one up arrow to go up.
There are very small icons.
My question is as follow:
Is It Possible to Enlarge the Arrows?
I attached screenshot. As you can see in the image, the arrows are marked with red circle.
Its possible to do what I want?

Win10 Toolbars: is text to icons possible?

The toolbar changes folders into drop down lists automatically:




They are drop down lists for each subfolder - I changed Camera Roll Icon in Pictures to that of a camera instead of a plain folder - and drilled down thru Screenshots to find some accidental downloads that ended up there!
However, the desktop toolbar takes you everywhere!

 

Enlarge Toolbar Popup Button?

i created a new toolbar on the taskbar. I hid the icons behind a popup menu:





How can i enlarge the popup button?
Can i replace it with an image?
Can i place it directly next to the Start button, or to the right of the system tray?

Cant find Toolbar in Internet explorer 11

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand that the toolbar is missing in Internet explorer 11. We will help you.

• Are you facing this issue after any recent updates?
• Did you check in setting and try to check mark the command bar and check?

I suggest you to follow some steps below and check if it helps.

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Right click on top in empty space near the tabs
  and select Menu Bar and Command Bar and check if the issue is resolved.

Please post to us if the issue is resolved.
