Windows 10: I get this message every day and want to know if it is spam or does Microsoft really need...

How to Fix It
If you're using the new Mail experience in Outlook.com:
• On the toolbar, select the Settings icon, then select View all Outlook settings.

• Select Sync email to see your Connected accounts.
• Check the details for the connected account that's stopped working and correct the problem.
If you're using the Classic version of Outlook.com:
• On the toolbar, select the Settings icon > Mail > Connected accounts.

• Check the details for the connected account that's stopped working and correct the problem.

well I have tried several spam filters and to be honnest there is more work with them than they are worth..I mean you need to teach them a long time and even after that its not going to be perfect.just takes too much time.though Im only getting 1-2 spam messages a day..I will too wait what others will suggest..

So getting spammed with this message everyday and if i play games like csgo in full screen it goes to deskopt and its very annoying, please help *Sad "how u wanna open this file?" "continue using the software" is what it says.
