    I read today:

Windows key stuck down not physically

I've had this problem for a long while. Randomly, out of nowhere Windows thinks my windows key is being held down Pushing R opens the Run window It usually happens around 30 minutes prior to starting up the PC. I can usually fix it by tapping the windows key a few times. I know it's not a physical issue because after tapping the windows key multiple times fixing it Makes the computer go wild. The C, V, H, and Slash keys are unusable except in Windows Explorer. Discord will have to load for 5-10 seconds every time I click something in it, and a lot of other things. Holding the windows key shouldn't do that.

I can tell you the programs I have installed if required.

I have uninstalled all of my keyboard drivers and reinstalled,

    I've used a different keyboard,

    Still no solution...

Many other people have had this problem, but none of anyone's suggestions worked.

    :

I just notice that when you click on change name in the explorer to a folder it auto selects from the virtual keyboard windows key.

This must happens after certain updates, happens this?

  2. Windows key stuck (not physically)

I guess this bug has been around for a while... Windows key is pressed by itself (hope it isn't a ghost), not on the keyboard. Clicking key D mid-game takes me to the desktop, unable to press c, v keys. Been happening for a month or so, a clean sweep of
my SSD didn't help either, issue still persists. I see that there was another thread from March 2017

    here
about the same issue, temporary fix being locking the user and jumping back in, can't do that while playing an online game though. And there was no permanent solution from the Microsoft team.

Also, in chrome's address bar, the bug functions as if ctrl is pressed. Key A when pressed first time registers, but the second time a ctrl+a is applied. C and V work directly as copy and paste.

I don't know if it's related, but I'm having another bug where my keyboard/mouse (both, but I don't know if they happen simultaneously) start having an unstable connection to the PC. Changed my wireless mouse for a Redragon wired mouse, no change, still
    gives up at times.

Does Microsoft acknowledge this bug from Windows10 and is planning on fixing it? It's been 9 months since it has been reported...

  3. Keys are stuck down and right control key does not work (not physically)

The control, windows, alt and space keys keep getting stuck down. I have tried using the onscreen keyboard to unclick the keys, but the control key always remains stuck. The right control key stopped working when this problem started. It still physically
    clicks.

This makes me unable to type.

I have restarted the computer and uninstalled the keyboard drivers but this problem still occurs. How can I fix it?
