Windows 10: Minecraft Crashing / Java Runtime Error: Exception Access Violation

My PC is a Dell Optiplex 3020. Minecraft Java Edition used to run completely fine on it. However, last week I completely formatted the pc. After doing this, I reinstalled Minecraft Java Edition. However, the game has failed to run, and every time I have attempted to launch it I have received the below error message.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, but it has made no difference. What could I do to fix this error?

I have tried to change the UAC beacuse someone told me to do that. That worked the first time but i got the problem again.

I have tried updating java but that did not work.

My laptop running on windows 10 and intel hd 520

I have updated latest java and reinstall minecraft yet it still crash.

I run the compatability with windows 8, run the program as administrator and it still crash

what shoud i do to fix this error and run the game smoothly
