    APP FROM MICROSOFT STORE DISSAPERED FROM MY ACCOUNT


    After i reinstalled windows because of drivers issues and logged in my account

    Forza horizon 4 wasnt in my account anymore, i have played it for a long time fine and it still shows the achievements on my xbox account but the game is nowhere to be found not even in my purchase history, and yes i have verified a lot of times, this is the account i had forza on and the game isnt there anymore, when i go on microsoft store to install it it asks me to buy it.

    i contacted forza horizon support and they didnt answer

    and if this is an issues with my windows store account i thought u guys might be of more help. thanks.

    I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

    Hello Ken,

    Im using Win10 Build 1607 with all latest update.

    I also run all related troubleshooters:
    • Windows Update
    • Store Apps (says i have to login in my microsoft account but thats the problem, i can't)
    • Microsoft Accounts

    No Problem found. Also the suggestions from Microsoft didnt helped.
