    Hi I have got myself in a bit of a fix and I'm not sure where is best to get the help. I have a hard drive that i use to store and transport work files on between home and work. I am not the only person that uses the home laptop and i often leave it plugged in overnight and over weekends. To prevent other users of the laptop from accessing the drive, i tried to set up security settings and permissions and in the process locked myself out. then i tried to access it on my work pc and managed to set myself or my work profile/user as the owner and was able to access the files fine. then i brought the drive home again and found myself locked out again so i tried to repeat the procedure i had done earlier, but found i couldn't get the settings to apply across the drive and had to set myself or my home profile/user as the owner for each folder and file manuall, and eventually i just gave up and now i want to remove all the security settings back to normal. i can't format the drive as i dont want to lose the files that i can't transfer off becuase i have set access permissions. is there a simple way to clear security formats, or some way around this problem i have dug myself into? Any helpful suggestion would be much appreciated. Cheers!

    Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

    WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

    Materials:
    • Big cardboard box
    • a razor
    • white material 3 yards
    • cone lights
    • stapler
    • medical tape
    • pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box
    • white paint any cheap finger paint would work
    the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
    I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
