I really have am stuck in recovery an cannot use enter,esc,f1,f8,. Error code 0xc000000f but still cannot use usb with windows 10 or plug an play dvd with windows 10. I need to format or wipe drive ssd clean. But how an where to go to get those items? On usb an plug an play with windows 10 1803 the desktop should go to install but no luck there, msi desktop z370 pro-a

The error code 0xC000000F is usually caused by operating system failing to read the booting configuration data. We suggest booting your computer using bootrec.exe utility by following the steps below:

• Restart your computer.
• Insert USB installation disk in the appropriate drive.
• Restart your computer again and press any key when prompted.
• Select the correct date, time, currency, language and keyboard before pressing
  NEXT.
• Click the operating system to be repaired.
• Click Command Prompt in the System Recovery Options.
