Error code: 0x8007007B

Can't activate Windows 10 Pro account, been trying for a few weeks now and it's getting worse as an

"Activate Windows Go to Settings to activate Windows" watermark has started to appear on every startup

My copy of Windows 10 Pro and Microsoft Office is genuine, just got this for 6 months and formatted last April. Since the format everything has gone to sh*t, and every solution so far hasn't worked. The main problem is the error code: 0x8007007B, which says
that "We can't activate Windows on this device as we can't connect to your organization's network and try again. If you continue having problems with activation, contact your organization's support person. Error code: 0x8007007B"

Troubleshooting hasn't been fantastic so far, and Microsoft's online assistant was also perplexed by this issue. How should I fix it? (I haven't tried going to my "organization's support person", if I need to, how do I go to their support?)

I also don't think it's an updating issue with Windows 10, as I have been having this problem for nearly 2 months now.
