    EASY STEPS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

    1. https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub/Help

    2. Manage my billing info

    3. Change my billing country or region

    4. visit the Xbox account migration page (You're moving? Xbox LIVE brings to you!)

    5. Click FORWARD

    6. At the next page Select the region where you're shifting your account:

    7. ACCEPT.

    You will receive Account Switch Confirmation email from Microsoft.

    Billing Info - how Delete?

    Hi, I need help. I don't know how I have 4 billing Info, I need delete this, but I don't know how. Very weird because for example there is a billing info about Canada, and I've never ever been in that country. So, how can I delete 3 billing info and just
    keep my real information?

    Is about Microsoft Account > Payment & Billing > Billing Info

    There are 4 "personal account".

    I appreciate your help to solve this.

    Why do I have multiple account in my billing information

    Hey Ion,

    yes when I change my phone's region back to belgium, I can see the same payment option in my wallet as I have under "Belgium private account" in my billing profile...

    So question is:

    • How can I get those payment options when my phone is set to US?

      I already tried to add them in the "Belgium Business account" I have under billing, but that requires a billing address in the US.

      Moreover, I have no idea why this account is considered business instead of private.
    • How do I get rid of those other billing accounts?
