Windows 10: Only unidirectional login using MSA

Both are shared, using same Microsoft Account.

“AllowInsecureGuestAuth” is 1

“Windows+R” >> services.msc >> Server both are auto


Group Policy are Checked

SMB v2 are on, SMB v1 are off, SMB v3 are not installed

Domain profile lost on MSA login

When I decided to login to my MSA (after having been using my domain login) my domain profile was cleared and everything now shows up only under my MSA profile,

Is this normal and can I not have both profiles contain the same info? When logged in under my domain the setup (Sync your settings) does not let me sync - even though I have a MSA account (profile) to sync to.

Do I need to login under my MSA to sync? Is that the only way to access my original domain profile?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
