Touchscreen ghosting bubbles - disabled HID Touchscreen - worked for a few months now back

My 2018 Inspiron 5559 with touchscreen started with the ghosting bubbles and erratic pointer making laptop unusable. My husband has same computer and no issues with his touchscreen. The Microsoft online tech told me to disable the HID Touchscreen driver. It worked for a while now the issue is back. I went to reenable to driver to see if it would work, but it's hidden and when I tried to update drivers said most current driver already installed and then it said error 45 no usb. I did a fix of windows with Windows on a USB, but that only took 4 hours and didn't work. I just chatted with another tech from Microsoft who said to uninstall the driver and restart & the driver would come back. I kept trying to uninstall the driver even though it was greyed-out and hidden, but when I scanned for changes nothing showed and I could do uninstall numerous times with no change even after restarting. The laptop is basically unusable because of the bubbles and erratic mouse. I searched to the driver to somehow think I could reinstall just the driver, but nowhere to be found not even on Realtek's site. Please help!!!!!!

    :)

  2. Ghost Bubbles

When you touch a touchscreen it creates a "bubble" where your finger is. Ghost bubbles are created by an issue with the computer's touchscreen Human Interface Device. The screen thinks you touching it, makes "ghost bubbles" in rapid succession, and the
mouse therefore doesn't react correctly either and you can't do anything about it other than disable or delete the HID. Every time your machine is restarted, Windows automatically restarts/reinstalls the Touchscreen HID and you have to start all over again
    trying to remove it.

  3. driver for hid touchscreen compliant

Unfortunately , for the last several months all the suggestions listed I have tried. The realization is that the hid compliant touchscreen is not there anymore under the human interface devices or any where else. Which means there should be a driver
for firmware that actually downloads to someone's computer to get the touchscreen back. which is what is needed you. I followed the directions and the hid compliant touchscreen disappeared. My question is if there is software, firmware, driver or what
ever that can be directly sent to download to my computer to get hid compliant touchscreen back to the device manager.

    Touchscreen driver

I have a HP Elitebook that the touchscreen is redirecting my pointer to a bubble on the screen. I've tried uninstalling the driver and restarting my computer. It seems to work for a short period and then back to the bubble. If I disable the touchscreen
that works, but I would like to use the touchscreen. Any suggestions?
