Windows 10: Just says "Connecting..." When joining party through Xbox on PC

Okay so when i try to join a party on either the Xbox App or Xbox Game Bar overlay it just says "Connecting..." And never connects. I have tried every solution in the book apart from a fresh windows install.


The issue must lie somewhere with Teredo. Ive done the Xbox Networking and it sometimes shows "Teredo could not quality" and that but even when on Open and Connected it does not work.


I have done all the little netsh teredo commands.

My time and date is correct.

Im on latest windows update.

My teredo does not show up in Network Adapters with the show hidden on.

It is not in the add legacy hardware.


One thing that i noticed is if i go to Network Status>View hardware and connnection properties

Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface is there but the physical addresss is 00:00:00:00:00:00:00:e0

Abd it says "not operational" and Connectivity: Disabled. I managed to get it to "Operational" but still disabled

Xbox PC party chat

Ive always been able to join my friends party through my PC recently we have been playing Call of Duty Crossplatform and we have been communicating just fine. A few days ago we decide to play and I join their xbox party through my pc and I connect to the
party just fine however I cannot hear them and they cannot hear me. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and this did not fix it. Is there an easy fix I do not know about?
