Windows 10: Force profgrams to use specific network adapter

Okay so here's my situation. I have on my desktop 2 network adapters (1 pcie, 1 usb), both wifi, and I have access to 2 wifi connections, my home wifi and my phone over 4g. I would like to be able to play games with the 4g connection of my phone because of better stability and use other programs on my home wifi. I've heard there is a program that can help me with that (forgot the name) but that on windows 10 it is no longer compaptible.

Anyone can help me?

• On the search bar type “ Device Manager”

• Download the latest Wireless network adapter driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website and install it.

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter when you switch from WiFi to Ethernet connection. The Network troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems including clearing the network cache to obtain a new
IP from the new network. Kindly follow the steps below:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Identify and repair network problems, and then select
  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.
