Windows 10: Game disappearing from my account in Microsoft store

i have a support ticket unanswered for 3 days now from forza support, i have another question in here about this but u guys keep passing me to ona-another, to forza back and forza back to u guys

this is unacceptable... a game just disapearing from my account and no one trying to do something, i have just received some tips on what to do and tried everything with no luck, the issues are on your side of the store i guess.. i reinstalled my windows cause of some bugs with the nvidia drivers and when i logged back into my acc the game wasnt there anymore, not even in purchase history bought an rx7 from the car pass thats the only thing left in purchase history and yes i did check my acc, and thats the one because it has all the achievements on my xbox acc

i dont mean to be harsh or disrespectful but no one wants to help and i shouldnt buy a product twice just because microsoft store has some issues or my account... thanks and i hope someone really helps this time

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

 

Cannot link/add my Microsoft Account to Local Account

Im using Win10 Build 1607 with all latest update.

I also run all related troubleshooters:

• Windows Update
• Store Apps (says i have to login in my microsoft account but thats the problem, i can't)
• Microsoft Accounts

No Problem found. Also the suggestions from Microsoft didnt helped.
