Windows 10: I cant save a photo from a video

how to save a photo from a video.

When doing this in the photo app I receive the error: something went wrong try again

I am using windows 10 photo app.

I am looking at my iPhone live photos/video. The videos and live photos play with no problem. When I try to use the "save photos from video", all that happens is that it is "loading". It never loads.

When I check my task manager, I see that it is working. It is using 50% - 65% of my CPU.

Hi Roz,

We suggest that you add your save/download file location to Sources under
Photos app Settings, so that after downloading the attachment from your email it will automatically sync to the Photos app. Follow the steps below to add a folder in Sources:

• Open Photos app > Click the three dot icon on the upper right >
  Settings.
• Select Add a folder under Sources > Choose a folder location >
  Add this folder to Pictures.

To categorize your photos, you may create an album to organize it. Click this
