Windows 10: Windows keeps deleting my passwords ALL of them

I have multiple emails for different purposes, i.e. family, school, work, extended family, advertising, etc. I use Outlook 365. On a recent update, I logged in to find Windows asking for my PW which is autofilled/saved. After logging into all my accounts again, re-saving each PW, again, I receive a demand to re-log in and enter the PW. On each Outlook fetch to update or log in, it again asks for me to re-login. I then checked my profile on Windows and all my PWs are gone. ALL of them including web pages. I have the latest updates on Win and Office 365. It appears none of my autosaved PW are being saved. If I log out of a page I just logged into, that PW disappears again. Windows is actually deleting my PWs. Win Credential manager shows no windows credentials, and no web credentials. On win mail, I have my account settings perfect, it just keeps deleting the PWs on the mail boxes. I've already tried adding a new outlook profile and re-adding all my mail boxes, meticulously checking to make sure auto-save is checked. I deleted the old profile and this too, does the same thing. Any suggestions?

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
