    Lumia 630 doesn't detect wh-510 headphones.

    Hello,

My lumia stopped detecting headphones 2weeks after I bought them(wh-510 only, I tried 3 other headphones I have and lumia detected all of them). I checked wh-510 in 2 other phones and my laptop and they work just fine. Moreover if my lumia is stuck showing
that headphones are connected(even if they are not, it happenes from time to time) then wh-510 works just fine so it seems that it is only a problem with detecting them.

I tried hard reset but nothing changed. Any ideas how to fix it or where is the problem?

    Hi Josep,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

To troubleshoot the Bluetooth connection issue, I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works for you:

    • Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
      Device Manager.
    • Expand Bluetooth
and right click on your Bluetooth driver.
    • Click on Update Driver
and choose Browse my computer for driver software.
    • Choose Let me pick from a list of available device drivers on my
      computer and click on Next.
    • Choose a different version of driver among the drivers listed there and click on
      Next.
    • Follow the onscreen instructions to install the driver. Reboot the machine once the driver is installed and check if you’re able to connect the devices.

If the device is still not available as a playback device after pairing, I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works for you:

    • Right click the Volume
icon on the taskbar and choose Sounds.
    • Under Playback
tab, right click on an empty space and select Show Disabled Devices
      and Show Disconnected Devices.
    • Once the above options are enabled, check if the Bluetooth device is listed. If listed, right click on it and
Enable the device and Set as Default.

Meanwhile, you may also go through the troubleshooting article

Sony wh-1000xm3 Headphones - will not show battery Level in Win 10?

Just got a set of Sony wh-1000xm3 Headphones, which are on the latest firmware. When I pair them to my fully patched Surfacebook 2 running Windows 10 1909, the battery level isnt shown in Windows 10 bluetooth settings. The battery level shows up just fine on my Samsung Galaxy S10 Phone

Can anyone comment if this is a Windows 10 issue? I have a Surface Pen, and the battery level for that device shows up fine in Win10

For reference, the headphones are running bluetooth version 4.2

Surely if Android can successfully query the battery level of the headphones, then Win10 should be able to query the battery level also - given that these are standard services in the bluetooth spec?

UPDATE:: I`ve tested this with a 3rd party program, Bluetooth battery monitor, and the battery levels for both the surface pen and the headphones are returned perfectly in that 3rd party program.

So why isnt windows 10 showing up the headphones battery level nativley??
