Windows 10: Complain against the India branch

Sir/Madam,



I hate all Indian people. India people for giving me harassment, through purchasing your some employ posting advertisements continuously at my both id, my Case #: 1008651167


I did complain about this and my issue those guys not solving because the India branch involves in this.


I am not having money why I will pay for features because it's Microsoft fault India branch people involved in this.


I want free of cost advertisement remove features because it is your company fault your some the company employs involve that’s why at my ID you are posting India conspirator favorable photos through advertisement, It is the complaint I want from your side that feature free of cost and I don’t want to pay money as it is your company fault.


I want to communicate with another country as it concern against India branch so forward this issue, another country branch soon.

how to complain against the microsoft care india?

Does anyone know how can you complain about the customer support representatives in India ?. Because from past 15 days I am having an issue with apps and another programme related issues on my windows pc. Most of the time they don't pick up the call for
15 min and then even after picking up they just disconnect it, without giving any valid reason at all . They also don't try to call back. The same problem is with the chat customer support most of the time when they take remote control of the system, they
just shut it down or restart it multiple times without any reason(without providing the case id even after asking multiple times),even when 15 minutes or more are left till their working hours are over. The quality of Microsoft service has degraded to such
a low extent that i would not prefer to buy any microsoft product be it windows or other programmes even for free.

 

Ques about Branch Predictors

I have been reading about CPU architectures for the past few months and while I understand the idea of most of it (I am not a programmer) I am quite confused by the Branch Predictor. So I have a few questions:

• I understand what Branch Predictor is supposed to do fundamentally but since I have never programmed software I don't know how much it affects IPC.
• Say I were to remove the Branch Predictor from a Haswell core. By what factor would IPC drop? What will be the effect on die size?
• Say I were to take the Branch Predictor in Haswell and magically make it perfect. By what factor would IPC increase?
• Do GPU cores use Branch Predictors as well?

I contacted customer service to report that I wanted to complain about answer desk. I have been having a problem with windows 10 since it was installed. I contacted answer desk, level 1 many many times, and they eventually told me I had been passed onto
level 2. I asked level 1 what would happen if level 2 couldn't fix it. level 1 guaranteed that level 2 would fix it. needless to say level 2 couldn't fix it and told me to go back to level 1. level 1 said nothing they could do either. so I would like to complain
abut the way answer desk have treated me. my problem still exists. I contacted customer service to complain, and they told me to contact Microsoft community, so here I am contacting community to ask how do I make a complaint against answer desk. if you look
back, you will see that I have quoted my case numbers that answer desk gave me
