Windows 10: Blue Screen tcpip.sys critical_structure_corruption - Need help with .dmp-file to find the...

Hi there,


After receiving blue screens over time I have tried to find the issue. A search on the net provided me with the following case:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...sys-bsod/ab9af676-12eb-4f7e-be9a-1a1f3d017662

I hope that you can help me in finding the failing drivers when I provide the .dmp files here. I have run the driver verifier and it produced over 2 blue screens directly after reboot. Please find the .dmp-files on myOneDrive.


It would be great if you could help to find the failing drivers and/or give advice on how to solve the issues.

Getting Critical_structure_corruption (tcpip.sys) BSOD on Windows 10

Hey everyone!

Last month I bouht a new PC and installed Windows 10 education on a Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master and AMD Ryzen 7 3700X , since then I'm getting blue screen with Critical_structure_corruption (tcpip.sys) from time to time. I updated Windows and grafic driver
but I can't find the proplem.

If I activate verifier, the system corrupts immediatly after new start

Blue Screen - intelppm.sys error - need help

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

This error occurs when the intelppm.sys file is corrupted, you can try few of the troubleshooting methods below and check.

Method 1: Troubleshoot blue screen errors.

I suggest you to check the article Troubleshoot
blue screen errorsand follow the instruction according to the error you are receiving.

If you still face the issue, try below method.

Method 2: Run Dism command to restore Health.

1. Download Windows 10 ISOwith
   the help of this tool on your desktop.
2. Search for Command Prompt from the start menu.
3. Right Click on the ISO file and open with Windows explorer, it will be mounted as drive.
4. Right click and Run as Administrator.
5. Type in DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:F:\sources\install.wim
   on the command prompt.
6. Where F is the drive path of your Mounted ISO, change accordingly.
7. Hit Enter on the command prompt and let it repair.

If the issue still persists, follow the next method.

Method 3: Run in-place Upgrade.
