Windows 10: nVidia driver - freeze on Windows 10 startup on fresh installation

6 GB RAM
new SSD HDD
Fresh installation of Windows 10 Home 2004 (build 19041.264)
nVidia GT 545

I installed UEFI version of Windows and everything was OK but when I update graphics drivers screen goes black. I'm able to press enter on end of installation to reboot.
But after that Windows starts to boot but freezes on Boot screen (blue windows logo with dotted wheel).

It worked somehow before but after a while it started to freeze and now I'm unable to boot with nVidia drivers installed.

Could it be problem with non-UEFI GPU?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Is it time for Windows 10 already?

Windows 10 nVidia Driver Question

With the Nov Update, Windows 10 became mature enough to give another try. Build 10586 (version 1511) runs great, feels snappy, and has no obvious problems. However, I'm concerned with this version's insistence on loading nVidia's 353.54 driver, which is dated July 13 2015, 4 months ago. On their US website they list all the new drivers as being compatible with Windows 10, (such as 358.91), but they won't load (installer says incompatible with this version of Windows, could find no compatible hardware...). The 353.54 driver runs games without any problems, but why is it taking so long to for nVidia to update this driver? Is it my 780 Ti that's incompatible or is it Windows 10?
